Welcome to BIG4 Moama Holiday Park website. By using our site, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of use. Please review these terms carefully. If you do not agree, you should refrain from using this site. The terms “BIG4 Moama Holiday Park,” “us,” “we,” or “our” refer to the owner of the website. The term “you” refers to the user or viewer of our website.
CANCELLATION POLICY
• The cancellation policy reflects the dates booked, altering booking dates will see the cancellation policy enforced, please keep this in mind if you choose to change your booking dates for any reason.
• The cancellation policy is firm regardless of the notice given to cancel this booking or the reason for cancellation.
• We do not refund any monies or apply any credits for late arrivals or early departures of any kind, in the event of inclement weather, cancelled or postponed local events, fires, floods, or pandemics/ catastrophes.
• All cancellations are subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
• If guests prefer to retain the funds already paid rather than requesting a refund, no cancellation fee will apply. All credits issued are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Individual Bookings:
Refunds will be given provided that 30 days or more notice is given. If less than 30 days’ notice is given, a refund of the full payment will only be given for the number of nights the vacancy is resold. If the vacancy is not resold, the entire stay amount will be forfeited. Any refunds given will be minus a $25.00 administration fee.
Group Bookings:
Refunds will be given provided that 60 days or more notice is given. If less than 60 days’ notice is given, a refund of the full payment will only be given for the number of nights the vacancy is resold. If the vacancy is not resold, the entire stay amount will be forfeited. Any refunds given will be minus a $25.00 administration fee.
OTA Bookings:
Each online OTA (Online Travel Agent) booking website has its own cancellation/terms and conditions. Please check these carefully. Online OTA bookings are non-refundable. If guests cancel bookings or amend booked dates for any reason, any monies paid will be forfeited and not held as credit. OTA’S (Online Travel
Agents) include Booking.com, Expedia/ Wot If, G’Day Parks, Echuca/Moama Tourist Information Centre, and any other third-party sites.
G’DAY PARKS TRANSITION TO BIG4 HOLIDAY PARKS
As part of our exciting transition from G’Day Parks to BIG4 Holiday Parks, we want to ensure that all of our valued guests have a smooth and seamless experience during this change. Please read the following important information regarding your membership and discounts:
1. Access to G’Day Parks Membership:
We will continue to honour your G’Day Parks memberships and vouchers and offer you access to all member benefits, until August 10, 2025. Bookings after this date, regardless of when the booking was made, will no longer be eligible for G’Day Parks membership rewards.
2. Changes After August 10 2025:
Starting August 10 2025, any G’Day Parks membership discounts will no longer be valid or applicable for bookings at the holiday park. If you wish to continue enjoying discounted stays, we encourage you to sign up for a BIG4 membership.
3. BIG4 Holiday Perks+ Membership Benefits:
From February 25 2025, you can enjoy exclusive discounts and offers as a BIG4 member. For information on joining BIG4 and to receive your new membership benefits, please visit the BIG4 website (https://www.big4.com.au/loyalty-club) or inquire at our reception.
4. Booking and Payment Terms:
○ Any bookings made before August 10 2025, can still use your G’Day Parks membership benefits.
○ After August 10 2025, only BIG4 memberships will be eligible for discounts.

PAYMENT
To confirm your booking, a one night deposit is required upon booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 2 weeks prior to your arrival date. Failure to complete payment within the specified time may result in the cancellation of your booking.
For Group bookings, 50% of the total tariff is required upon booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 2 weeks prior to your arrival date.
PET POLICY
• Pets should be free from fleas.
• Please ensure your pets vaccinations are up to date.
• Pets are required to be always on a leash or contained in their ‘pet house’.
• Pets are always to be supervised by their owners and are not to be left unattended in the cabin, or on the site.
• Pets are not permitted in the pool or the enclosed BBQ area.
• Please provide your own bedding and laying mats. Mats in the cabin are not to be used as laying mats.
• Pets are not allowed on lounges, beds or carpeted areas in the cabins.
• You are responsible for picking up and disposing of your dog’s waste in a sealed plastic bag and placed in rubbish bins prior to departure
• Dogs which are noisy, disruptive, aggressive or the subject of a complaint/s from other guests unfortunately cannot be allowed to stay and you will be asked to leave
• Pet owners are personally responsible and indemnify BIG4 Moama Holiday Park for any and all personal injuries and/or property damage or losses in relation to any actions caused by or because of their pet.
• When checking out, please ensure the cabin is clean and that any pet hair etc has been removed. Any evidence of pet hair on furniture or bedding will result in a minimum cleaning fee of $80.00.
• You will be responsible for all costs associated with any damage to furniture, flooring and cabin.
Please remember as the pet owner, you are solely responsible to control and manage your pet. Failure to comply with the rules above may result you being asked to leave the Park, forfeiting all monies paid.
PARK RULES
• Particular cabin/site numbers are not guaranteed.
• The tariff is based on the number of guests/pets for the specified time and duration. Additional guests are welcome providing the total number of guests does not exceed the berth of the cabin/ site booked. All additional guests will be charged accordingly.
• Check-in time is after 2:00 PM, and check-out time is before 10:00 AM. Any exceptions to these times must be agreed upon in advance.
• Guests must be 18+ years of age to make a reservation and stay. Persons under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for all accommodation during their stay.
• Some periods throughout the year operate on minimum night stays, this includes specific days over those minimum nights.
• Only one promotional/ membership discount can be redeemed on any one booking. Must be redeemed at the time of making the booking. Discounts are not available with third-party bookings.
• Any online rates have their own Terms and conditions that are relevant to that rate/ category. These Terms & Conditions can be found on those sites, our terms and conditions apply also.
• Cabins are not serviced. A change of linen will occur for extended stays if requested for eight or more nights only, a change of linen prior to this will incur a fee.
• Lost property will be held on-site for 3 months, thereon if not collected, lost property will be donated. For any lost property to be returned to a guest, the guest must pay for the postage costs. BIG4 Moama Holiday Park takes no responsibility for lost or damaged lost property left behind.
• Whilst BIG4 Moama Holiday Park is a pet-friendly park, not all cabin accommodation is pet-friendly. Pet charges apply to all pets in cabin.
• Fires and fire bins are strictly prohibited on this holiday park.
• Trees in the holiday park are inspected regularly. Branches are still prone to fall from time to time. Persons entering the holiday park do so at their own risk. No responsibility will be accepted for personal or property damages caused by falling trees or branches.
• To comply with Australian Standards, no blow-up/ plastic pools are to be erected on any of our sites or around cabin accommodation.
• Please note, that there is NO lifeguard on duty in the pool area. Children under the age of 12 MUST be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Water restrictions are now in force. Washing of vehicles requires approval from management prior to washing your vehicle.
• All-day visitors must report to reception before entering the holiday park. Fees apply.
• We reserve the right to refuse entry into BIG4 Moama Holiday Park.
• We have very limited boat/ trailer parking within the Holiday Park grounds, we operate on a first-come-first-served basis to secure one of these. Please get in contact with our reception team if you are planning on bringing a boat or trailer prior to your arrival.
• The Park Operator and Management are not liable to guests or third parties for any injury, loss, or damage.
• BIG4 Moama Holiday Park has a zero-tolerance to offensive behaviour in person, over the phone, or via email, excessive use of alcohol, unregistered guests staying overnight, acts of violence, or smoking in cabin accommodation.
• BIG4 Moama Holiday Park will not be liable for unforeseeable circumstances, including but not limited to floods, fire, pandemics, or catastrophes.
OFFICE HOURS
Monday- Friday 8.30 am – 6 pm
Weekends 9 am – 6 pm.
Closed Christmas day.
Public Holidays may alter office hours.
COPYRIGHT
The content, organisation, graphics, design, compilation, digital conversion, and other matters related to the site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights. You do not acquire ownership rights to any content or materials viewed through the site. Some content is the copyrighted work of third parties.
RESTRICTIONS AND PROHIBITIONS ON USE
Your access and use of the site, along with any information or documents therein, are subject to the following restrictions:
You may not copy, republish, sell, lease, loan, transmit, or otherwise make available any portion of the site or its content.
The use of the site or materials obtained from it to develop, or as a component of, any commercial distribution mechanism is strictly prohibited.
